Frequently Asked Questions About Our Barber Queueing System

Do I have to Join the Queue ?

Yes, it assists our Staff to manage customers arriving at the store for Service.

What is “Estimated” time to service ?

This is the approximate time calculated to the start of next available service, based on the current Queue, the number of Staff currently working and the Services that have been requested by customers. It is an estimate and can vary based circumstances during service that we may not be able to control.

What happens when I Join the Queue ?

You will see a Confirmation advising as to the Name used to place you in Service, what your position is for that Service and the Estimated time to Service starting.

It is important to be at the store 10 minutes to the estimated time of your Service.

You will be called by the Name used by Staff when the time comes for your Service to start.

What happens if I am not at the Store when called ?

If there is no response to a Call, then the next available Customer is called and Serviced. As a courtesy, you will be called again on the next available service time, after which point, if you are not available you risk being bumped or losing your position in the Queue.

What is different if I Join the Queue remotely from the website ?

You will be able to see the Estimated service times, Join the Queue and leave Arrive for Check until 15 Minutes prior to the time indicated to your service starting.

What information do I need to provide when I Join the Queue ?

A unique Name in the Queue to identify you is all that is required. If you Join the Queue remotely, you will need to set up a free customer account ( at the Davilia.com.au website – Join Queue ) which requires some personal details and a mandatory phone number to identify you about any service change.
